As Tess says in this episode, the word inspiration is bandied about a lot... but our guest Shelley Collins-Trbuhovich is nothing but inspiring in the face of tragedy. With her husband Stephan Trbuhovich, Shelley co-founded Melbourne vintage poster institution The Galerie (formerly Galerie Montemarte), a thriving vintage poster gallery and store. The couple have two sons, Marley and Emile.

Tragically, Stephan had a stroke in 2010 at the age of 44 and their lives changed dramatically. Stephan is a much different person to the man he was before his stroke, and their family has had to adjust accordingly. Shelley is open and honest about the realities of their life and the struggles their family has faced. We had to reach for the tissues more than once in this episode.
